Expansion Joint Cutter for Concrete Floors

This very practical and affordable tool makes the work of cleaning and preparing expansion joints in concrete floors much easier.
It cleans the vertical walls of the joint so precisely that priming before filling is unnecessary.
You can quickly and accurately clean the vertical walls of expansion joints using the recommended aluminum oxide disc for concrete, which does not damage the edges.
This guarantees a strong and durable filling of the expansion joint.
The device can be connected to a vacuum cleaner to minimize dust.
It allows cleaning and filling joints even in an active (in-use) facility.
Expansion joints should only be filled on dry floors after the concrete has fully cured.
We also produce various types of tampers for pressing the joint filler cord into the joints.

Joint Cutter/Cleaner (Two-in-One) for Expansion Joints

This is a versatile machine with two wheels plus an additional support wheel, designed for cleaning the vertical walls of expansion joints or, after fitting a cutter, for beveling the joints. It features a motor with smooth speed control. There are two adjustable guiding knives—front and rear. The cutting angle and depth of cutting or cleaning are adjustable. A 125 mm cutter is included.
