Suitable for use at concrete batching plants and in agriculture. Also used for aerating grain in silos.

The dispenser guarantees 100% fragmentation of reinforcement. It works perfectly with reinforcement thicknesses of minimum 1 mm and 0.8 mm, as well as fibers and liquids.

One of the most interesting applications of dispersed reinforcement is in the construction of modern bridges, where resistance to dynamic loads and weather conditions is crucial. In a European case study, steel fibers were used to reinforce concrete, which helped reduce cracking and increase the durability of the structure. Thanks to this project, investors gained a better understanding of what dispersed reinforcement is and how significantly it extends the lifespan of infrastructure.

Another example of dispersed reinforcement application can be found in industrial flooring construction, where minimizing maintenance costs while maintaining high strength is essential.

The mesh prevents larger objects (parts of cartons, bags, etc.) from falling into the hopper and also eliminates the need for a mounted vibrator, although there is an option to install one. We have mounted vibrators available in stock.

Convenient to use and transport. Prevents the formation of "hedgehogs" (clumps) in the concrete. Designed for use in batching plants and on construction sites when feeding reinforcement, fibers, and plasticizers directly into the concrete mixer truck. Easy to transport.

It consists of: a blower on wheels with a 5.5 kW / 400V motor, a mesh on which the reinforcement is laid, a main transport pipe with a diameter of 14 cm (pipe in two parts for easier transport), two 90-degree elbows, and an end elbow supported by two rods holding the pipe.

This dispenser is designed with multiple sturdy, easily detachable segments, ensuring high durability. Each part can be replaced easily and cost-effectively in case of damage or wear. Despite this, the structure is very rigid. Wherever possible, we have used standardized flanges for connections. Practically, there are only two types of flanges — one type for pipes (round) and another rectangular type for connecting individual machine parts.

Now we manufacture pipes and elbows from 3.8 mm thick steel.
The pipes and elbows can rotate in various directions on a flange with multiple holes.

Additional wheels (sold separately) allow repositioning the dispenser without dismantling the pipes and make moving the machine easier.
Two wheel options are available — with height adjustment or without.
We have also made a wider wheelbase, which improves the machine’s stability.

We also install the dispenser permanently inside halls.

The powerful blower (5.5 kW), designed by us, enables universal application and transport over longer distances.
Loading the concrete mixer truck takes about 3 minutes with 2 operators.

There is an option to mount a mounted vibrator at the bottom of the hopper, although it is not necessary for operation, as the reinforcement easily flows in.
